Just decided that we have lots of cool new ministries starting at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Danville, VA, so here is a central place to let folks know!
Sacred Heart Music Club - Next meeting: Sept 17th.Meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays at Sacred Heart from about 7pm - 8:30pm or so.We had the first one on Sept. 3 and we had a blast! Come out and sing your heart out. No talent required! We played some Beatles, Rod Steward, Van Morrison, the Eagles, John Denver and even some James Brown. On tap for next time, the Jonas Brothers! This open to everyone! Ages 0 - 109 with or without a musical background. Bring a friend and some lyrics and jam with us.RCIA - Next Meeting Sept 9thEver want to learn more about the Catholic faith? Why do Catholic do that? Why do we do that? Come out to RCIA and find out. No commitment to become Catholic is required just come out and learn something new. This is also open to Catholics who just want to learn more about what the church teaches. Bring a friend, an open mind, and a some questions.
